Must be US based and work Pacific Standard Time (8a-5p) This is a full-time position as a Robert Half employee, dedicated to a client-based project for a minimum of one year. The assignment may be extended beyond the initial term based on performance, business needs, and overall fit.

About the Role We are seeking a highly analytical Senior Financial Risk Analyst to support financial and liquidity risk management within a fast-growing fintech environment.

This role will focus on liquidity risk monitoring, financial risk modeling, balance sheet forecasting, and analysis of financial markets and investments. The analyst will work closely with Treasury, Finance, Data Science, Engineering, and Product teams to identify emerging risks and develop data-driven models, reporting, and processes.

The ideal candidate is both quantitative and technically strong, with experience translating complex financial and risk problems into models, analysis, and actionable insights. Key ResponsibilitiesMonitor and report on financial, liquidity, capital, and counterparty risks.

Conduct quantitative analysis of emerging liquidity and financial risks.

Develop and maintain liquidity risk models and forecasting frameworks.

Forecast key balance sheet and liquidity metrics.

Perform VaR, stress testing, scenario analysis, and risk attribution.

Analyze financial markets, investment exposures, and key business drivers.

Partner with Data Science and Engineering teams to build dashboards, automated alerts, and data pipelines for Treasury and Risk.

Collaborate with Finance and Product teams to assess risks associated with new products and business initiatives.

Build and improve end-to-end risk processes, reporting, and analytical tools.
