SR. FINANCIAL SYSTEMS ANALYST
(D365) We are seeking an experienced financial systems analyst with a technical mindset and functional domain expertise in finance and operations. This role requires a thorough understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 architecture and functionality to configure and customize
D365 ERP
for the new and evolving business processes. You will have the opportunity to work on projects and systems from the ground up as we continue to scale.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Own and manage
D365 F&O
configurations, customizations, and integrations while ensuring compliance with security protocols, data privacy standards, and internal audit requirements to minimize risks and prevent unauthorized access Conduct thorough risk assessments and impact analyses for new processes, features, or custom flows (using X++, Power Automate, etc.), implementing safeguards to protect critical business data and operations Project manage across all key phases of development•requirements gathering, design, implementation, testing, and go-live success Architect and implement solutions in D365 F&O, focusing on modules such as GL, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, Projects, Inventory, and Cash and Bank Management Design, develop, test, and deploy custom components in
D365 F&O
using X++, Visual Studio, and Azure DevOp Develop and implement integrations with third-party systems using modern APIs and best practices Collaborate closely with stakeholders in Finance, Application Software, and Information Technology Liaison with Microsoft's support team and escalate issues as needed Handle confidential financial, operational, and proprietary data with the utmost discretion, including regular audits, user access reviews, and incident response to maintain system integrity Monitor system performance, conduct regular maintenance, and optimize
D365 F&O
processes to ensure scalability, reliability, and minimal downtime in a dynamic operational environment
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelor's degree in engineering, finance, physics, mathematics, computer science, information systems, or other STEM discipline 4+ years of combined work experience as a developer, business systems analyst or product manager, with at least 2 of those years in a finance or supply chain domain Experience with
SQL PREFERRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
Experience with Dynamics 365 ERP and related systems development or implementation of Procure-to-Pay, Order-to-Cash Cycle or Financial Systems Ability to influence cross-functional teams without formal authority or structure Experience working in fast paced development environments in a compliant manner (consistent track record of "innovation with caution") Strong analytical, conceptual, problem-solving and technical skills with the ability to create original and creative solutions Experience building robust testing plans and familiarity with change management best practices
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS
Willing to work extended hours and weekends as needed This position is based in Palo Alto, CA, and requires being onsite full-time•hybrid and remote work will not be considered
COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS
Pay Range:
Level 3: $130,000.00•$190,000.00 Your actual level and base salary will be determined on a case-by-case basis and may vary based on the following considerations: job-related knowledge and skills, education, and experience. Base salary is just one part of your total rewards package at SpaceX. You may also be eligible for long-term incentives, in the form of company stock or long-term cash awards, as well as potential discretionary bonuses and the ability to purchase additional stock at a discount through an Employee Stock Purchase Plan. You will also receive access to comprehensive medical, vision, and dental coverage, access to a 401(k) retirement plan, short and long-term disability insurance, life insurance, paid parental leave, and various other discounts and perks. You may also accrue 3 weeks of paid vacation and will be eligible for 10 or more paid holidays per year.
