Job Description

  • Treasury Analyst Senior - Cash Management & Payments
  • The Treasury Analyst Senior will support the Cash Management & Payments team within Treasury.
As a member of a fast-paced, collaborative team, this individual will support daily liquidity management, banking and payment activities, reporting and analytics, and strategic initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and modernize payment capabilities. The role involves analyzing complex issues, identifying root causes, uncovering opportunities for improvement, and contributing to solutions that strengthen processes, controls, and business outcomes. This position partners closely with Accounting, Finance, Operations, Technology, financial institutions, and payment providers to support critical business objectives and ensure the efficient movement of funds throughout the organization.

  • + Support daily liquidity management, cash positioning, funding activities, and Treasury transactions across a complex banking environment.
+ Manage and optimize payment operations across ACH, wires, checks, debit cards, real-time payments, and emerging disbursement solutions. + Research and resolve payment exceptions, operational issues, and banking inquiries while driving root-cause analysis and process improvements. + Partner closely with financial institutions, vendors, and internal stakeholders to support business objectives and customer-focused solutions. + Assist with bank account administration, governance, SOX compliance, audits, and risk management activities to ensure a strong control environment. + Analyze payment, liquidity, and banking data using tools such as Excel, SQL, and Power BI to generate insights, support decision-making, and deliver impactful presentations to leadership. + Develop and maintain Treasury reporting, dashboards, and performance metrics to monitor operational effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement. + Participate in enterprise-wide initiatives focused on process automation, payment innovation, operational efficiency, and enhanced customer experiences.
  • Qualifications:
  • + Bachelor's degree required.
+ 2+ years of experience supporting Treasury, cash management, banking operations, payment operations, or related finance functions preferred. + High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (particularly Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint). + Experience working with SQL, business intelligence tools, or large datasets preferred. + Certified Treasury Professional (CTP), Nacha professional accreditation, or willingness to pursue certification preferred. + Self-starter with the ability to manage responsibilities with a sense of urgency in a fast-paced environment and a desire to continuously learn. + Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills. + Ability to balance multiple priorities while adapting to changing business needs and meeting deadlines. + Highly motivated, detail-oriented, with excellent organizational and follow-up skills. + Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information clearly to business partners and leadership. + Ability to identify process improvements and recommend solutions that enhance efficiency and strengthen controls.
