• About this role:
• Wells Fargo is seeking a Treasury Management Support Analyst within Global Treasury Management as part of Enterprise Functions.
• In this role, you will:
• + Participate in gathering and summarizing prospect information for Treasury Management consultants + Identify opportunities for process improvements within scope of responsibilities or functional area + Review and research basic or tactical operational assignments that require evaluation and selection of alternatives, related to low to medium risk deliverables + Present recommendations for resolving more complex situations and exercise some independent judgement while developing understanding of function, policies, procedures, and compliance requirements + Provide information to functional colleagues, internal partners, and stakeholders, including internal as well as external customers •

Required Qualifications:

• + 2+ years of Treasury Management Sales Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

• Desired Qualifications:

• + Experience with treasury management products and services + Proven success in business-to-business (B2B) sales + Ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships across business and functional teams + Skilled in navigating multiple computer systems and applications, including effective use of search tools + Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and perform under pressure in a dynamic environment + Collaborative team player with a proactive approach to problem-solving + Comfortable working in fast-paced, deadline-driven settings + Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong interpersonal abilities + Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) + Exceptional problem-solving and analytical skills with high attention to detail + Effective negotiation skills with a focus on achieving positive outcomes + Strong sales acumen and results-oriented mindset •

Job Expectations:
