This role sits at the intersection of treasury, operations, and accounting, ensuring funds are accurately processed, tracked, and reconciled in a controlled environment. Key Responsibilities Execute and oversee domestic and cross-border payment activity, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and adherence to internal approval protocols Maintain appropriate liquidity levels across bank accounts to support ongoing business operations Administer and track check disbursements across multiple entities, including monitoring outstanding items and ensuring proper recording Perform daily and monthly reconciliations of bank activity, investigating and resolving variances in a timely manner Work closely with internal verification teams to facilitate efficient and secure payment processing Review and confirm transaction coding and supporting documentation for intercompany and external payments Coordinate with banking partners and internal stakeholders to support the setup and maintenance of new accounts Ensure all activities align with internal policies, audit standards, and regulatory expectations Assist with internal and external audits, control testing, and process documentation updates Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and support automation initiatives within treasury operations Partner with technology teams to enhance reporting, payment tracking, and exception management tools Qualifications 2+ years of experience in treasury operations, payments processing, banking operations, or similar financial services environment Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume transactional workflows Highly organized with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting Effective communicator with a proactive, problem-solving approach Ability to handle sensitive financial information with discretion Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; exposure to automation tools or advanced functions is a plus Familiarity with banking platforms, payment systems, or ERP environments preferred Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field preferred
