Job Description

Job Summary Key Deliverables and Responsibilities We are seeking a detail-oriented and solutions-driven Finance Integrations & Automation Analyst to support the Finance Department's technology ecosystem. This role plays a critical part in analyzing, supporting, and optimizing accounting systems, ensuring smooth integrations, and driving automation initiatives that improve efficiency and data accuracy. You will serve as a key liaison between Accounting and Technology teams, helping maintain system performance, troubleshoot issues, and identify opportunities for process improvement. Systems Support & Operations Serve as Tier 2 support for finance-related applications, troubleshooting and resolving system issues Manage user access (activations/deactivations) and respond to internal and external system inquiries Lead incident management for third-party applications, coordinating with IT/IS teams as needed Create, track, and escalate support tickets Integrations & Automation Identify, implement, and support automation tools, AI solutions, and system integrations Analyze accounting processes to uncover opportunities for efficiency improvements Support system upgrades, including testing, implementation, and communication Data & Process Governance Ensure data integrity across financial systems and maintain system uptime Support compliance with IT controls and governance standards Develop and maintain documentation, including: Policies and procedures Training materials User guides Collaboration & Continuous Improvement Act as a liaison between accounting users and technology teams Gather user feedback and track system performance metrics Drive continuous improvement through data-driven insights

Phoenix, AZ or Fairfield, IA - Hybrid in-office 3x/week
Salary Range:
