Job Description
Recruiting Solutions is seeking a Captives Supervising Financial Analyst to lead a small team of analysts responsible for reviewing the financial health of captive insurance companies. This role combines financial analysis, supervision, and regulatory compliance to ensure that insurers operating in South Carolina are financially sound and that the state remains an attractive jurisdiction for captive insurers. This will be available in either Charleston or Columbia locations.

Supervise, train, and mentor analysts; review financial reports for accuracy and completeness. Personally handle complex or high-priority insurance company reviews. Evaluate financial statements, regulatory filings, and risk to ensure solvency and compliance. • Participate on committees for insurers in hazardous financial condition. Communicate effectively with company executives, regulators, and internal teams. Support licensing, marketing, and promotion of South Carolina's Captives Program. Conduct research on laws, regulations, and industry best practices; participate in special projects.Qualifications Education:
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Auditing, Insurance, or Business Administration. Experience in financial analysis, accounting, or insurance.Preferred:
3+ years in financial analysis, insurance, reinsurance, or captive insurance. Strong analytical and financial skills, knowledge of insurance operations, risk management, and leadership/supervision abilities. CFE, CPCU, or FLMI are valued but not required.
