Full-Time Join Our Team! We are a patient-focused, fast-paced orthodontic practice looking for a friendly, organized, and detail-oriented Financial Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate enjoys building relationships with patients, is confident discussing financial arrangements, and thrives in a collaborative environment. If you have exceptional customer service skills, strong attention to detail, and enjoy helping patients understand their financial options, we'd love to meet you! Responsibilities Present and explain treatment fees, payment plans, and financing options to patients. Verifying insurance benefits. Submit and follow up on insurance claims. Monitor accounts receivable and collect outstanding balances. Process patient payments and maintain accurate financial records. Coordinate financial arrangements while providing outstanding customer service. Answer patient questions regarding insurance, billing, and payment options. Work closely with the clinical and administrative team to ensure a seamless patient experience. Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations. Qualifications Previous experience in a dental, orthodontic, or medical office preferred. Experience with dental insurance verification and claims is preferred. Accounting background preferred but not required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time-management abilities. Comfortable discussing finances with patients in a compassionate and professional manner. Proficient with computers and practice management software. Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Positive attitude, dependable, and a team player.
