Treasury Management Operations Supervisor Req #36 Sioux Falls Corp Center, 4930 S Western Ave, Sioux Falls, South Dakota, United States of America Apply Share Job Description Posted Monday, September 14, 2026 at 2:00 AM At First International Bank & Trust, Treasury Management helps business customers streamline operations, manage cash flow, and protect against fraud. We're looking for a Treasury Management Operations Supervisor to lead the day-to-day operational support behind our Treasury Management services while driving efficiency, accuracy, and an exceptional customer experience. This role is ideal for a banking professional who enjoys solving problems, improving processes, supporting team members, and serving as a trusted resource for both customers and internal partners. You'll work closely with Treasury Management, Digital Banking, Fraud, and Operations teams to ensure services are delivered accurately and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support daily Treasury Management operations, ensuring services are delivered accurately and on time. Provide guidance, training, and support to business customers and internal partners on Treasury Management products and services. Oversee setup, maintenance, and quality control of Treasury Management services, including ACH, wires, positive pay, remote deposit capture, and business online banking. Manage support requests, troubleshoot customer issues, and coordinate resolution with internal teams and third-party vendors. Develop, maintain, and improve operational procedures, workflows, and resource materials that promote consistency and efficiency. Monitor system updates, account analysis activities, and operational reviews to ensure accuracy and compliance. Partner with Treasury Management Officers and other banking teams to support customer onboarding, implementations, and ongoing relationship management. Assist with annual customer reviews, documentation requirements, and operational audits. Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance the customer experience, and strengthen operational performance.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; 7-10 years of related banking experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Treasury Management operations experience required, with specific experience in Treasury Management and/or Online Banking highly preferred. Strong understanding of Treasury Management products and services, including ACH, wires, remote deposit capture, and fraud prevention tools. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Strong problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills. Leadership, supervisory, training, or mentoring experience preferred. Proficiency with Microsoft Office and banking technology platforms.
