POSITION SUMMARY
The Financial Analyst (Non-Exempt) position is responsible for the accounting and financial reporting functions with respect to leasing arrangements, including administration of lease accounting software. Additionally, the Financial Analyst will support the Vice President, Finance in other areas such as cash forecasting, debt covenant compliance and other treasury/finance initiatives. How you'll contribute A Financial Analyst who excels in this role: To perform this job, an individual must perform each essential function satisfactorily with or without reasonable accommodation. Coordinate with real estate team on a weekly basis regarding new real estate lease activity and/or changes to existing real estate lease agreements. Coordinate with operations teams and outside vendors regarding new and/or existing equipment lease activity. Administer accounting and financial reporting updates in the Company's lease accounting software tool monthly. Review and reconcile monthly financial statement balances impacted by new and/or existing lease agreements. Update cash forecast models on an ad hoc basis, sometimes as frequently as daily. Monitor compliance with debt covenants and other financial compliance responsibilities. Regular and reliable attendance. Perform other duties as assigned.Additional Information:

Exhibit an understanding of healthcare regulatory and compliance (e.g., HIPAA). Skilled in the application of policies and procedures. Knowledge of Business Office Standards and Recommended Practices. What we're looking for Basic Life Support certification is required within 30 days of hire. ACLS and PALS are required within six months of hire. One year of experience preferred ASLS certification preferredEducation:
