In this vital role, you will support financial advisors by preparing comprehensive financial plans, conducting research, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Your expertise will help clients achieve their financial goals through meticulous analysis, strategic recommendations, and seamless communication. This position offers an exciting opportunity to grow within the financial services sector while making a meaningful impact on clients' financial futures. Duties Assist in developing personalized financial plans by gathering client data and analyzing their financial situations Conduct detailed research on investment options, tax strategies, estate planning, and regulatory requirements such as securities law and wills, trusts & estate law Prepare and review reports on financial analysis, cash management, wealth management, and portfolio management strategies Support the creation of investment proposals and recommendations aligned with clients' objectives and risk profiles Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory guidelines by maintaining accurate documentation of all client interactions and recommendations Collaborate with advisors to update clients on progress, answer queries related to financial concepts, and facilitate smooth client relationships using customer relationship management (CRM) systems Stay informed about current market trends, financial software updates, and changes in tax laws or securities regulations to provide accurate support Skills Strong understanding of financial concepts including investment management, asset management, and corporate accounting Proficiency in financial analysis tools and software used within the industry Excellent math skills for accurate calculations related to cash flow, portfolio management, and financial modeling Effective communication skills for clear documentation and client interaction Education College degree or higher 2+ years of similar experience Already have or the ability to study for and pass exams for federal and state licenses and registrations for securities, including Series 66, and State life, accident and health insurance licenses Join us if you're passionate about empowering clients through expert financial planning support!
