About The Job:
This is a temporary assignment for 6 months. We are seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst with SQL expertise to support a critical system migration project. The successful candidate will work closely with the Treasury team to ensure seamless data transition, accurate reporting, and system integration.
What You'll Do:
Data Validation & Testing:
Perform rigorous data validation, mapping, and reconciliation to ensure consistency between legacy and new systems.
Securitization Report Validation:
Ensure reports meet audit requirements, verify data accuracy, and resolve discrepancies in transactions such as payments, charge-offs, and write-offs.
Audit & Historical Data Retention:
Ensure proper retention of historical data for audit and reporting needs, validating consistency over multiple reporting cycles.
Treasury Models:
Reconcile data between old and new systems to verify accurate inputs Treasury models, minimizing output variance.
Treasury Dashboard Integration:
Reconcile customer data to ensure dashboards accurately reflect customer and profitability metrics.
Qualifications You'll Need:
Must Have:
3-5 years' work experience. BA/BS in Data Analysis, Statistics, Finance, or a related discipline Proficiency in SQL for executing data validation, testing, and reconciliation processes. Hands-on experience with data migration projects. Proven analytical and troubleshooting skills for resolving data and system discrepancies. Good communication skills to collaborate with technical and business teams effectively. Great to
Have:
Familiarity with treasury processes, securitization, or ALM (Asset-Liability Management) systems. Proficiency in writing complex queries, stored procedures, or optimizing SQL performance. Experience working with ERP platforms like SAP, Oracle, or similar systems during migration projects. Experience using tools like Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms for dashboard creation and data visualization.
