OF DUTIES

Report financial status by preparing and analyzing financial plans, forecasts and reports.

N/A RESPONSIBILITIES

This position will have the following general/minimum responsibilities: Tracks financial status by monitoring variances from plan. Determines financial status by comparing and analyzing plans and forecasts with actual results. Improves financial status by analyzing results and variances, identifying trends, recommending actions. Working on the preparation of quarterly reports, monthly financial statements and balance sheets. Reconciles transactions by comparing and correcting data. Increases productivity by developing automated applications; eliminating duplications and coordinating information requirements. Provides information to management by assembling and summarizing data, preparing reports, making presentations of findings, analyses and recommendations. Accomplishes finance and organization mission by completed related results as needed. Understand and follow all safety policies and procedures. Performs other duties as assigned.

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE

The following education, experience and knowledge are preferred for this position: Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance, or equivalent business experience. Good written and verbal communication skills. Excellent interpersonal skills; maintain appropriate communications within area of responsibility and between divisions. Sound administrative skills, well-developed management skills. Thorough knowledge of the accounting software, financial software, knowledge of verifying and interpreting financial data and records. Ability to analyze and interpret financial data.

WORK ENVIRONMENT/PHYSICAL DEMANDS

Working conditions are normal for an office environment. Frequent sitting and operating a computer.
