Job Description

Review contracts and determine billing requirements, margins, and revenue recognition impacts
Oversee invoicing activities for complex projects and ensure billing accuracy
Analyze project financials, identify risks, and support operational decision-making
Manage change orders and contract modifications throughout the project lifecycle
Answer billing and financial questions from project teams and leadership
Perform quality audits on invoicing and collections processes
Support system improvements, reporting, data analysis, and ERP initiatives

5+ years of billing, accounting, revenue recognition, or project finance experience
Ability to review contracts and interpret billing, revenue, and margin requirements
Strong analytical skills with experience resolving complex invoicing, financial, and operational issues
Oracle Fusion experience
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
Construction, engineering consulting, or project-based accounting experience
Experience with change orders, revenue recognition, and contract compliance
Leadership, mentoring, or team coordination experience
