Job Description

Process and manage project billing, invoicing, and collections activities
Track and reconcile large volumes of invoices, including backlog and past-due accounts
Work across multiple systems to maintain accurate project and billing records
Coordinate with project managers and internal teams to resolve billing issues and obtain approvals
Monitor project budgets, change orders, and billing milestones
Follow up with clients regarding outstanding invoices and payment status

2+ years of billing, accounts receivable, collections, or related accounting experience
Strong Excel skills and experience working within an ERP/accounting system (Oracle experience preferred)
Ability to manage high-volume workloads while tracking multiple projects, invoices, and deadlines
Oracle Fusion experience
Construction, engineering, or project-based industry experience
Experience handling large datasets and high-dollar invoicing volumes
Experience with billing schedules, collections, and project financial tracking
