IT Financial Business Analyst Intern - Summer 2026

We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven IT Financial Business Analyst Intern to join our IT Team. As an IT Financial Business Analyst Intern, you will strengthen your financial analysis rigor in IT Demand Intake, validating submissions, modeling ROI/TCO, and preparing decision-ready TIB packages. This internship offers valuable experience in the practical application of IT concepts, working with cutting-edge technologies, and learning from experienced professionals in the field.

Responsibilities:

Review and validate intake financials (ROI, TCO, cost estimates) Develop standardized financial templates Perform cost-benefit and comparative analyses Track budgets and variance; reconcile requests with funding sources Prepare financial summaries/dashboards; support vendor benchmarking and license optimization Support monthly/quarterly reporting for the demand pipeline Current enrollment in a degree in Finance, Accounting, MIS, Business Analytics, or a similar field •3.0 GPA or higher •Project or internship experience with Excel financial modeling (functions, pivots, VLOOKUP/INDEX-MATCH)

Ideally, You'll Also Have:

Power BI/Tableau experience •SQL/basic querying experience Familiarity with IT budgeting/technology cost concepts •Experience with ServiceNow or demand tools •

ITIL/COBIT
