Analyst 2, Financial Planning & Analysis#26-15639 El Paso, TX Onsite Job Description Bill rate not to exceed •On Site . In this on-site role, the Finance Analyst provides Financial/Accounting support for the Client SRG/MDS business, specifically Infection Prevention Manufacturing Plant in EL Paso, TX. This includes providing financial support and leadership to Finance and Operations leaders, playing a key role in establishing and achieving financial objectives and formulating and executing operations strategies. The position plays a critical role in managing manufacturing cost performance and driving continuous improvement and informed decision-making. Duties & Responsibilities Lead month-end activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial results. Ensure accurate account reconciliations and financial integrity within SAP. Perform detailed costing analysis, including standard cost, review, and maintenance. Support recurring financial reports, summarizing in a timely manner, identifying key drivers, and working with cross-departmental teams to lead change through KPI management. Support annual budget and rolling forecast process, integrating operational and cost assumptions. Monitor performance on a weekly & monthly basis vs latest projection cycle and annual budget. Support internal and external SOX Audits. Drives continuous financial improvement through preparation/review of business cases, inventory analysis, new product and discontinuance analysis, and spending analysis. Ensures that financial reports and records are prepared in compliance with US GAAP and Client financial policies. Performs other related duties and assignments as required Minimum qualifications Education & Experience Requires 2+ years of relevant progressive accounting / finance experience in a manufacturing environment. Manufacturing operations, product costing, manufacturing variances and inventory control, financial analysis, and budgeting & forecasting experience preferred Requires a bachelor's degree in accounting or finance. Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Must be highly proficient with Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, macros, VLOOKUPS, etc.) ERP experience is necessary; specifically, SAP experience is preferred. Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to communicate well with management of all levels and disciplines. Knowledge of corporate accounting policies and procedures. Self-driven, proactive and seeks continuous improvement. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, matrixed, challenging environment with strong attention to detail.
