## What you'll do:
Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Intern to join our team within a manufacturing environment. This internship is designed to provide both educational and hands-on experience in key financial functions, including Field Accounting, Operations, and Budget Management. The intern will gain practical exposure by applying academic knowledge in a professional setting while supporting real-world financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Support budget review and analysis processes
- Assist with monthly "flash" reporting review and variance analysis
- Help track and monitor operational expenses and financial performance
- Assist with field accounting activities, including data collection and reconciliation
- Support preparation of financial reports and presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather financial information
- Perform basic data entry, analysis, and documentation tasks
- Participate in process improvement initiatives within the finance function ##

Qualifications:
- Actively enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's degree program in Finance or Accounting
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 2.8 or above (please don't round)
- Relocation is not provided for this role. Candidates must reside within 50 miles of the El Paso, TX site.

- Must be available to work at least 20 hours per week, Monday through Friday

Preferred Qualifications:
- Prior internship, co-op, or campus leadership experience in finance, accounting, supply chain, or operations
- Experience with data analysis and reporting (e.g., PivotTables, charts, basic Power Query, or similar tools)
- Familiarity with ERP or finance systems (e.
g., SAP) and/or accounts payable, budgeting, or inventory finance concepts ##
