This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact while advancing your career in a flexible and supportive environment. Duties Improve, standardize, and maintain monthly financial packets. Manage reforecasts and actual vs. budget reporting. Proforma Modeling Review financial packets and report back to Controller and/or Staff Accountants on any discrepancies or material variances. Present completed financial packets to Controller and assigned CFO of client for final review and presentation of financials to client. Create and update weekly cashflow forecasts to monitor a client's cash position. Data analysis and preparation for Quality of Earnings Reports and Business Valuations. Perform Ad Hoc reporting/forecasting as requested. Minimum Qualifications 3+ years' experience as an Analyst. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and financial modeling. High attention to detail with strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities. Excellent organizational and project management skills; able to prioritize tasks effectively in high-pressure environments. Clear and concise communication skills. Preferred Qualifications Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage. Strong experience with cash flow analysis, forecasting, and variance analysis. Deep understanding of GAAP, financial reporting standards, and regulatory compliance. Familiarity with financial reporting and analysis programs such as Fathom. Education Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business, or related fields.
