This role is ideal for someone who thrives on organization, takes ownership of their work, and is motivated to learn complex systems and processes. You will play a key role in keeping our research operations running smoothly by managing documents, tracking deadlines, supporting regulatory submissions, and assisting with financial tracking. Key Responsibilities Regulatory & Operations Support Maintain organized and audit-ready document systems (paper and electronic) Track regulatory deadlines, submissions, and required updates Support IRB submissions, amendments, and continuing reviews (training provided) Ensure staff credentials and training documents remain current Prepare materials for monitoring visits and audits Help keep both research sites organized and running efficiently Financial & Administrative Support Track study-related payments and invoicing schedules Assist with entering and maintaining financial data in tracking systems Help identify missing payments or discrepancies Generate basic reports and communicate updates to leadership What We're Looking For Highly organized with strong attention to detail Self-starter who can take initiative and figure things out Comfortable learning new systems and processes Able to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently Strong communication and follow-through Willingness to travel between Dallas and Frisco locations Preferred (Not Required) Experience in healthcare, research, or administrative operations Experience in Accounts Receivables Familiarity with document management or compliance environments Work Environment Multi-site role (Dallas + Frisco) Fast-paced, team-oriented environmentSimilar jobs in Frisco, TX
