Job Description
If you're detail-oriented and enjoy digging into financial statements, evaluating borrower performance, and supporting commercial lending decisions, this role deserves your attention. Your analysis will directly impact credit quality and loan outcomes. As a Commercial Credit Analyst you will: Play a key role in underwriting new credit requests, supporting loan approvals that directly impact bank growth and portfolio quality Develop expertise in financial statement analysis and cash flow evaluation, strengthening your ability to assess business performance and repayment capacity Support process initiatives for a $320M in asset bank, shaping how the bank operates Requirements of this Commercial Credit Analyst role: 2+ years' commercial credit underwriting experience Formal credit training preferred Ability to grow into a credit department leadership role, overseeing analysis, organization, establishing underwriting standards, and pre and post loan funding reviews A former examiner/auditor will be ideal, but will consider all qualified credit analysts Community banking experience a strong plus Must have commercial underwriting experience (mortgage underwriting will not be considered) Your action steps for this
