YOUR ROLE

ASSET MANAGER As an Asset Manager, you will take ownership of assets across their full lifecycle—from acquisition to disposition—driving performance and executing strategic investment plans that maximize value.

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Investment Strategy & Planning Lead due diligence and underwriting to create investment plans Evaluate asset performance and adjust strategies annually Execution & Performance Implement business plans across operations, capital projects, and financial strategy Partner with property management and construction teams Monitor budgets, inspections, and performance metrics Capital & Projects Oversee capital improvements and rehab execution Manage budgets, capital draws, and lender/investor reporting Support refinancing activities Financial Oversight Perform monthly financial reviews and analysis Optimize revenue and control expenses Build financial models to evaluate performance and opportunities Collaboration Work cross-functionally with acquisitions, development, construction, and operations teams Assist with acquisitions and development due diligence Support disposition efforts with brokers

WHAT YOU BRING

Experience in multifamily or commercial real estate preferred Strong knowledge of finance, accounting, and underwriting Advanced Excel and analytical skills Strong organizational and communication abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency Professional, positive attitude Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field preferred Willingness to travel as needed
