This role is a finance role supporting corporate sourcing, finance and accounting teams. The analyst supports strategic initiatives including more complex reporting, planning and analysis of Lennox global expenditures and initiatives.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Process Owner for MCR (Material Cost Reduction) Scorecards and Project Reviews, including leading updates in monthly business review and engineering synch meeting Project reviews include planning, analysis, and insights in support of project governance requirements and stakeholder transparency needs Maintain and ensure the accuracy of financial databases, and monitor and action project backlog Respond to ad-hoc questions from leadership and other cross functional teams Support development of financial models and other analytical tools to enhance efficiency of business tools and processes Provide training on MCR requirements and process improvement needs Coach less-experienced financial analysts as needed
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
Requires a bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Requires at least 5 years related experience. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Excel and database tools like BW, Access, PowerBI and Databricks. Knowledge of enterprise systems (e.g. SAP, Hyperion, Databricks) preferred. Good interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
