What You'll Own Maintain rolling P&L, CapEx, and headcount forecasts Lead monthly reporting, variance analysis, and performance commentary Support the annual budget and long-range planning processes Build financial models, dashboards, KPIs, and executive presentations Analyze revenue, margin, customer, product, and operating expense performance Partner with business leaders to validate assumptions and uncover actionable insights Consolidate financial results across domestic and international operations Improve reporting processes, tools, and financial visibility across the organization What We're Looking For Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or a related business field 3 or more years of experience in FP&A, accounting, or financial analysis Experience within consumer products, retail, or another product-based business Advanced Excel Experience managing and analyzing large datasets Strong communication skills with the ability to present a complete and concise financial story Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
