Write, read, and speak Spanish Job Overview We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Analyst to support a large, complex organization in a data-driven and deadline-focused environment. This role is responsible for a variety of variance analysis, cost analysis, and budget-related work, helping leadership understand financial performance and make informed business decisions. The ideal candidate is comfortable working with numbers and data, enjoys identifying trends and variances, and can clearly communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Perform other duties as assigned.
Experience Requirements:
Minimum of 2-4 years of professional experience in an analytical, financial, or business support role Experience performing variance analysis, cost analysis, or budget-related work Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data analysis tools Perform variance analysis on budgets, forecasts, and actual results Conduct cost analysis to identify trends, efficiencies, and areas of concern Support budget development, monitoring, and reporting activities Analyze financial and operational data and prepare summary reports Assist with forecasting and financial planning processes Investigate discrepancies and provide clear explanations and recommendations Maintain accurate data models, spreadsheets, and documentation Collaborate with internal departments to gather and validate data
Experience Preferences:
Experience in financial analysis, budgeting, or cost accounting Experience supporting a large or regulated organization Familiarity with ERP systems, financial reporting tools, or databases Experience preparing reports or presentations for management
Physical Requirements:
Ability to work at a computer for extended periods Ability to concentrate on detailed analytical work for sustained periods Minimal physical exertion
Education Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business, or a related field Strong written and verbal communication skills
Education Preferences:
Advanced degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related discipline Professional certifications or coursework in financial or business analysis Ongoing professional development in data analysis or financial planning
