SUMMARY/RESPONSIBILITIES
Management and reporting of the fiscal operational functions and report writing aspects of hospital operations. Such functions include but are not limited to financial reporting, budgeting, operational indicators, provider incentive plans, and report writing. Assists with development of business plans, profitability analysis and feasibility studies. Also responsible for providing productivity reports and preparing other management reports as desired by leadership. Works collaboratively with University Health (UH) administration, medical directors, leadership and fiscal services. Gather, analyze and report information necessary for the management actions. Analyst will be actively involved in the operating budget, variance analyses process and will maintain the data loads into the financial reporting system.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business or related field and at least four years of related experience, preferably in a health care setting, is required. Masters degree preferred.
