Our firm delivers holistic financial planning to our clients by combining in-house expertise in strategic tax planning, wealth management, and financial strategy for a wide variety of clients facing complex financial situations. The ideal candidate has integrity, excellence, and the ability to coordinate between the different branches of our business Responsibilities

• Gain and understanding of and view the full/holistic approach for each client and our company, preparing for ownership of the trading process.
• Prepare trades to accurately rebalance client accounts according to established protocols.
• Review and validate large data sets. Conduct post-trade account reviews, trade reconciliations, and other operational tasks.
• Help maintain the integrity and accuracy of the trading database.
• Maintain client investment strategies.
• Drive initiatives to enhance efficiency and optimize workflows. Proactively seek ways to improve the team's processes.
• Understands and adheres to the industry compliance rules & regulations.
• Other special projects as assigned. Desired Skills and Experience
