About UI Charitable The mission of is to accelerate and elevate philanthropy. We partner with financial advisors, investment professionals, and philanthropic leaders to design and administer charitable vehicles that drive charitable outcomes. Position Overview An Analyst on the Operations Team in Finance and Accounting supports the growth, fulfilment, and ongoing management of Donor-Advised Funds. This entails helping to reconcile over 1,500 accounts with Assets Under Management of approximately $525M. This role also provides exposure to Fiscal Sponsorships, Community Funds, and Field-of-Interest Fund operations, impact investing, and one off charitable projects for high net worth individuals. This position blends operations, finance, compliance, due diligence, and business analysis. The Analyst manages financial workflows and supports both donors and sponsored projects. Precision in working with numbers, strong organizational skills, exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, and sound critical thinking are essential. This is a full time salaried position working 40+ hours in an office within Provo, UT. Operations, Finance, & Grant Administration Execute day-to-day financial and operational workflows for charitable projects and Donor-Advised Funds Review and process funding, payment, and grant requests Coordinate approvals, disbursements, and confirmations across internal teams and external partners Accurately update, edit, and maintain critical data across systems of record Due Diligence, Compliance, & Reporting Support due diligence for new charitable start ups and initiatives Track reporting requirements and follow up on required documentation Review narrative and financial reports for completeness, clarity, and compliance with stated outputs and outcomes Requirements & Essential Skills Education & Experience Bachelor's degree Experience with bookkeeping, Quickbooks Online, or financial processing is preferred Experience with database, spreadsheet, or transaction-processing work preferred Skilled communication skills in business writing is essential Skills & Abilities Adaptability and desire to learn new skills ranging from marketing, event planning and logistics, financial analysis, business writing and communication High attention to detail and accuracy, particularly in finance, bookkeeping, and data entry Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for financial tracking Strong written and verbal communication skills; fluent in English Strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks Customer-service mindset with the ability to maintain positive professional relationships Effective problem-solving skills and sound judgment Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team Reliable, ethical, and trustworthy; able to maintain confidentiality and act in the organization's best interests Demonstrated ability to meet deadlines and follow established processes Work Requirements Full-time, in-person work environment
Pay:
$50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
