full-time Our client, a leading financial services organization, is looking to hire a Financial Analyst in South Jordan, UT .

Pay Rate Range:

$22-$24/hour W2, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

Support key financial and operational processes. Analyze, reconcile, and validate financial data. Assist with financial reporting and transaction-related activities. Support process documentation and maintain accurate records. Review data for accuracy and identify discrepancies or inconsistencies. Collaborate with internal teams to support day-to-day financial and operational activities. Meet established deadlines and maintain accuracy in a fast-paced financial environment.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related business field preferred. 6 months to 2 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting, banking, or financial services; internships may be considered. Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to work efficiently with data and maintain a high level of accuracy. Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Strong interest in developing a career in financial operations. Banking or financial services experience is preferred. Contract duration of 6-12 months with potential for permanent conversion based on performance and position availability.
