This role plays a critical part in supporting strategic decision-making by building financial models, developing reporting tools, and delivering actionable insights that drive operational and financial performance across our portfolio. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, collaborates effectively across departments, and brings a strong passion for data-driven decision-making. Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary of $65,000-80,000 annually (based on experience) Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance 401(k) with a 4% company match Paid Time Off (PTO) and holidays Health Savings Account (HSA) options Employee events, including annual company celebrations Hotel discounts at select Western States Lodging and Management properties Opportunities for career growth and advancement Key Responsibilities Build and maintain operational and financial analytics platforms Facilitate annual budgeting processes and ongoing financial forecasting Develop, maintain, and enhance reports, dashboards, and analytics for operational and regional teams Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reporting for executive leadership Implement and manage reporting software and tools Analyze monthly property and corporate financial statements to identify trends and opportunities Create, document, and audit processes to ensure data accuracy and integrity Partner with operations and leadership teams to improve efficiency and financial outcomes Qualifications & Skills Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field (or equivalent experience) Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including financial modeling Experience with database structures and reporting tools (SQL, Power BI, or similar preferred) Ability to work independently with high accuracy and minimal supervision Strong organizational and time-management skills Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data clearly Proven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and all levels of leadership Adaptability to new systems, tools, and evolving business needs What We're Looking For A highly analytical thinker with strong attention to detail A proactive problem-solver who can identify trends and recommend solutions A collaborative professional who communicates effectively across departments Someone who can manage multiple priorities while meeting deadlines Why Join Us?
