Type:

full-time Our client, a leading financial services firm, is looking to hire a Finance Associate / Analyst in Utah .

Pay Rate Range:

$24-$25/hr, depending on experience

Responsibilities:

Provide professional support to internal clients and business partners by responding to questions and requests. Build and maintain strong relationships through excellent customer service and communication. Handle incoming inquiries and provide accurate information regarding financial products, accounts, and processes. Research questions and resolve issues using internal systems, resources, and established procedures. Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams when additional research or support is needed. Process requests accurately and in accordance with established policies and procedures. Manage multiple priorities while meeting team and department service goals. Maintain accurate documentation and follow established operational and compliance procedures. Quickly learn new systems, processes, and financial concepts and apply knowledge effectively.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Accounting, Economics, or a related field . Approximately 1 year of relevant experience; internship experience can count toward this requirement. Strong interest in financial services and willingness to learn. Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to multitask, manage time effectively, and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Strong problem-solving and critical-thinking skills. Ability to establish and maintain positive professional relationships. Comfortable learning and working with multiple systems and resources. Recent graduates are encouraged to apply. Experience with financial products or retirement services is a plus, but not required. Securities licensing, such as Series 7, is preferred but not required.
