Job Requirements Springfield, VA Top Secret/SCI Polygraph Unspecified Senior Level Career (10+ yrs experience) $165,020 - $194,078 Job Description Leads complex financial management activities for a major program. Provides financial expertise to government leadership and oversees the contractor team's analysis of all program financial performance metrics, including EVM. Work at this level involves a wide range of complex assignments and non-routine situations that require extensive knowledge in the specialty discipline.
Duties May Include:
- Leading the contractor team in preparing and justifying complex budget submissions (POM/BES), including the development of long-range funding strategies and what-if drills for the government.
- Providing expert oversight and analysis of the prime contractor's Earned Value Management System (EVMS), performing data validation, and presenting detailed variance analysis and trend reports to the government.
- Developing and presenting expert financial information and formal recommendations to government leadership on cost-benefit analyses, affordability assessments, and the financial implications of key decisions.
- Managing the financial health of the program on behalf of the government, including leading efforts to identify and resolve funding shortfalls and other budgetary issues.
Requirements Required Skills:
- TS/SCI with at least 10 years of relevant experience with a Master's degree, compliant with GSA standards.
- Demonstrated experience providing federal financial management support.
- Expert knowledge of the PPBE process and demonstrated expertise in EVM analysis (ANSI-748).
- Experience with the preparation of funding requisitions such as MIPRs and Air Force 9s (AF9s).
Desired Skills:
- A Master's degree in Business, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
- Experienced data mining expertise across multiple financial management systems and presenting that data to the Government.
