Our client is an organization in the Appleton area that's looking for a Senior Financial Analyst. Our client is looking for someone with 4+ years of experience, detail-oriented, and analytical. This company offers a collaborative team, flexibility, and opportunities for professional growth. This position is onsite. The salary for this position is $85K - $110K. The Senior Financial Analyst will be responsible for, but not limited to, the following:

RESPONSIBILITIES

Perform financial analysis and develop models to support forecasting, strategic planning, and business decisions. Prepare and maintain KPI reporting that connects financial results with operational performance and key business drivers. Support budgeting and forecasting processes by providing detailed analysis, insights, and recommendations. Lead financial reviews with business partners to communicate results, explain performance drivers, and challenge assumptions. Evaluate business cases, investment proposals, and strategic initiatives to support informed leadership decisions. Ensure accurate financial records and compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. Identify and implement process improvements using automation, AI, and data analytics tools to increase accuracy, efficiency, and turnaround times. The Senior Financial Analyst will possess the following:

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CFA or CPA is preferred. 4+ years of experience in financial planning and analysis or a related finance role. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic-thinking skills. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial software. Effective communication, presentation, collaboration, and leadership skills. Demonstrated ability to evaluate and implement AI-enabled tools and process improvements that enhance finance efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
