Job Description
Senior Financial Analyst Corporate Headquarters 12575 Uline Drive, Pleasant Prairie, WI 53158 Are you a strategic finance professional who enjoys solving complex business challenges and influencing decision-making? As a Senior Financial Analyst, you'll partner directly with IT leaders to oversee financial planning, evaluate technology investments and provide insights that help drive decisions across one of Uline's largest and fastest-growing departments. This role offers the opportunity to expand your impact while preparing you for future leadership roles. Position Responsibilities Lead financial planning, forecasting and performance analysis while advancing automation and process improvements across Uline's enterprise-scale IT portfolio. Analyze technology spending trends, identifying risks and opportunities while providing strategic recommendations to IT leadership. Develop executive-level financial reports and presentations that translate complex data into clear business insights. Partner with IT, Procurement and business leaders to influence financial strategy, capital planning and technology investment decisions. Conduct vendor health assessments and evaluate potential new IT vendors. Minimum Requirements Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting, Business, Economics or a related field. 4+ years of Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A), corporate finance, accounting, analytics or similar. Strong budgeting, forecasting and financial analysis experience. Proficient in Microsoft Excel with the ability to analyze and interpret large data sets.
