What You'll Do As a Senior Financial Analyst, you will: Partner with commercial leaders to provide financial insights and decision support. Evaluate business opportunities and capital investments using IRR, NPV, and payback analyses. Support month-end and year-end close activities, including financial statement review and account reconciliations. Lead and support the annual budgeting and forecasting process to improve financial predictability. Prepare audit schedules and support audit activities. Conduct ad hoc financial analyses and special projects that help drive business performance. Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, and automate financial processes. Serve as a primary finance partner and resource for assigned business functions. What You Bring Education Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required. Master's degree, CPA, or CMA designation preferred. Experience 4-7 years of accounting or finance experience. Advanced Microsoft Excel skills. Experience supporting business partners and influencing decisions through financial analysis. Preferred Qualifications Experience in a manufacturing environment. SAP experience.
