Financial Reporting and Analysis:
Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and analyzes data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.Budgeting and Forecasting:
Assists in developing budgets and financial forecasts for telecom operations.Cost Management:
Oversees capital expenditures and monitors cost drivers within telecom projects. Ensures integrity of the financial data.Compliance and Policy:
Ensures compliance with internal policies and industry regulations, including specific telecom regulations. Establishes and maintains relationships with financial partners (Property Accounting, Finance).Strategic Support:
Maintain financial calendar to support financial reports and deadlines for leadership. Collaborates with engineering, sales, and operations teams to provide financial insights that support strategic initiatives.System Integration:
Drives improvements in accounting systems and may lead to collaboration with developers on integration solutions. Works with the team to ensure project financial understanding and compliance.Required Skills and Qualifications Education:
A bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is a minimum requirement.Experience:
At least 5 years of experience in financial management, often starting in roles like cost accountant or budget analyst.Technical Proficiency:
Expertise in accounting software (SAP) and Microsoft Excel.Analytical Skills:
Strong ability to analyze complex financial data to identify patterns and drive decision-making.Communication Skills:
The ability to clearly communicate financial information to non-financial colleagues is critical. Attention toDetail:
