  • Job Description:
  • This job is responsible for interfacing with larger clients in order to structure, negotiate, and close complex financing transactions that meet the client's financing objectives while achieving optimal terms and conditions for the Bank.
Key responsibilities include coordinating activities amongst issuing clients and investor syndicates to ensure transaction execution. Job expectations include collaborating with various internal and external partners to execute transactions.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Required Experience:
  • + Ten+ years of experience in the financial services industry with direct responsibility for originating, structuring, negotiating and closing complex structured financing transactions preferably in equipment finance and leasing industry.
+ In-depth knowledge of leasing and secured lending products/solutions. + Solid knowledge in tax accounting, financial accounting, asset valuation and commercial, tax and bankruptcy law + Exceptional analytical skills + Experience in financial analysis + Proven negotiation skills + Strong communication skills + Effective presentation skills + Proficiency with MS Office software applications + Exhibit teamwork + Travel 20% + Preferred locations - NYC, Boston, Charlotte
  • Preferred Education:
  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or or relevant work experience; MBA, JD helpful.
