REPRESENTATIVE DUTIES
Assists in performing investigions of all types for the office and other districts. Researches, retrieves and verifies addresses, colleral requests, employment, educion, trement, credit reports and social history informion. Receives and transfers files from other districts. Retrieves and verifies criminal history informion. Enters da and uploads documents in probion/pretrial automed case tracking system (PACTS). Assists in completing pretrial colleral investigions. Processes incoming and outgoing correspondence. Answers and screens phone calls. Performs other duties as assigned. Requirements Help Conditions of employment Incumbent must clear a federal background investigion and financial check. Financial and background check outcomes must be favorable. REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
High school gradue or equivalent plus general experience in clerical, office, or other work th indices the possession of, or the ability to acquire, the knowledge and skills needed to successfully perform the duties of this position. College educion of least 2 semesters may substitute for general experience.

Possess good multi-tasking skills and have strong interpersonal/verbal communicion skills, be a team-player and flexible in a changing environment, possess strong computer skills, utilizing word processing and dabase applicions, maintain confidentiality, and practice good work ethics.
