Job Description
Job Summay What We're Looking For:
Proven experience in accounting, finance, or a Controller-level role Experience overseeing financial operations and P&L responsibility for a business with $10M+ in annual revenue Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow management Experience overseeing accounts payable and accounts receivable Ability to manage month-end and year-end closing processes Strong understanding of GAAP and general accounting practices Experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks or similar platforms Strong Excel and financial analysis skills Ability to create and maintain accurate financial reports for leadership Excellent attention to detail, organization, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently, take ownership, and communicate clearly with our team Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field preferred Previous experience in the restoration, construction, roofing, or home-services industry is a plusKey Responsibilities:
Oversee the day-to-day financial operations Manage and analyze the company's Profit & Loss (P&L), including revenue, expenses, margins, and overall profitability Prepare and present accurate financial reports to company leadership Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes Lead month-end and year-end financial closing Establish and maintain strong financial controls and accounting procedures Monitor financial performance and identify opportunities to improve profitability and control costs Work closely with leadership to provide financial insight and support strategic business decisions Help develop scalable financial processes and systems as the company continues to grow ryPay:
