Bonus, visa sponsorship, and relocation support available Overview This position oversees accounting and administrative functions, reporting directly to the CFO. The role manages a team and is responsible for operations, financial reporting, and team development. Responsibilities Oversee AP/AR and daily accounting operations Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual closings Handle reporting to Japan HQ, including consolidated reporting Manage budgeting and variance analysis Coordinate with auditors and external accounting firms Supervise administrative functions such as cost accounting and expatriate support (as needed) Qualifications Accounting/finance experience with management experience Business-level Japanese and English Experience with reporting to Japan HQ and consolidated financials Preferred Experience in Japanese companies Cost accounting experience Manufacturing accounting background Profile Strong coordination skills with HQ and external stakeholders Leadership and team development mindset Hands-on, player-coach approach
