Job Description

Responsibilities Delivers training that raises competency and performance across all Revenue Cycle functions to ensure accurate reimbursement, regulatory compliance, and a consistent, patient‑centered financial experience which meet Infirmary Health's (IH) standards of quality, efficiency, and desired outcomes. Supports the build‑out of a Revenue Cycle Academy and partnerships with local schools to strengthen the talent pipeline.
Qualifications Minimum Qualifications:
One of the following: Bachelor's degree in education, healthcare administration, or business 3 of the most recent 5 years' experience in hospital revenue cycle operations (i.e. patient access, billing, coding, HIM, or related area)
Desired Qualifications:
Experience with adult education, staff development, or instructional design in a hospital setting Working knowledge of EHRs and hospital billing systems (i.e. Epic, Gerner, Meditech) Working knowledge of CMS regulations, managed care guidelines, HIPPA, and payer rules
Licensure, Registration, Certification:
Revenue cycle certification
