Degree in Accounting or related field preferred Experience in a manufacturing environment strongly preferred Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office tools Experience with ERP systems (JOMAR a plus) Strong analytical, organizational, and leadership skills

Key Responsibilities:

Manage treasury functions and cash flow monitoring Prepare monthly financial statements and support year-end audits Maintain and enforce internal controls and compliance Oversee full-cycle accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll Perform journal entries, general ledger management, and account reconciliations Develop reports to analyze performance, track variances, and recommend improvements Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning Prepare management reports and assist with financing and grant applications Coordinate tax filings, audits, and reporting requirements Supervise and mentor accounting staff Why This Opportunity?
