This role is ideal for a highly analytical and detail-oriented professional who can manage financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic financial analysis while supporting ownership with data-driven insights and operational decision-making. The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, trustworthy, and capable of handling multiple entities in a fast-paced business environment. Responsibilities Oversee accounting and financial operations for multiple businesses Prepare monthly financial statements, P&Ls, cash flow reports, and analytics Manage general ledger, reconciliations, AP/AR, and month-end close Develop budgets, forecasts, and financial models Analyze business performance and identify financial trends/opportunities Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax requirements, and internal controls Coordinate with ownership and leadership on strategic financial planning Assist with tax preparation and work directly with external tax professionals as needed Improve financial systems, reporting processes, and operational efficiencies Maintain strict confidentiality and accuracy across all financial data Qualifications Active CPA license Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field Strong accounting and financial analytics experience required Experience managing accounting for multiple businesses preferred Advanced proficiency in Excel and accounting software platforms Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities Benefits ✅ Monday-Friday Schedule 40 hr./wk. ✅ No Weekends ✅ Medical & Health Insurance ✅ Paid Time Off (PTO) ✅ Stable Full-Time Position Compensation $80,000 per year Apply Today We are hiring immediately and looking for the right candidate to join our team as soon as possible.
