This is an outstanding opportunity for a motivated F&I professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment, delivers exceptional customer experiences, and consistently produces strong results. If you're experienced in automotive finance, knowledgeable with CDK and Dealertrack , and ready to maximize your earning potential with a premium luxury brand, we want to hear from you. What You'll Do Present finance and insurance products to customers in a professional, consultative manner Structure finance deals while ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and lender regulations Submit and secure financing through multiple lending institutions Maximize finance, warranty, GAP, maintenance, and protection product sales Complete all deal paperwork accurately and efficiently Work closely with the sales and management teams to ensure a seamless customer experience Maintain strong lender relationships and stay current on finance programs Qualifications Previous automotive Finance Manager experience is required Strong knowledge of automotive lending and compliance Experience with CDK DMS is highly preferred Experience using Dealertrack is required Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills Professional appearance and positive attitude Ability to thrive in a performance-driven dealership environment Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Compensation & Benefits $100,000 - $200,000+ annually based on performance Performance-based compensation plan Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) Employee Discounts Career Advancement Opportunities Supportive leadership and established dealership Why Mercedes-Benz of Northern Arizona?
