full-time LHH is partnering with an established manufacturing company in the East Valley to hire an Accounting Manager. This is a hands-on leadership role with responsibility for financial reporting, accounting operations, internal controls, budgeting, and team development. Responsibilities Lead daily accounting operations, including general ledger, month-end close, financial reporting, payroll oversight, and fixed assets Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Analyze financial results and provide practical recommendations to improve performance and efficiency Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities Maintain strong internal controls and improve accounting processes Coordinate internal and external audits Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards, tax requirements, and regulatory reporting Oversee banking relationships and support cash management activities Manage accounting system access and financial reporting processes Lead, develop, and support a team of three accounting professionals Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field Five or more years of progressive accounting experience Previous supervisory or management experience Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, general ledger accounting, and internal controls Manufacturing experience preferred ERP, financial reporting, payroll, and advanced Excel experience Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines in a hands-on environment Position Details Fully onsite Direct-hire Background check and drug screen required, including THC
