MUST HAVE PREVIOUS AUTOMOTIVE FINANCE EXPERIENCE
Join our team as a Automotive Finance Manager where you will play a pivotal role in speaking with customers about their finance options, working with financial institutions for approvals, and working with sales teams to meet expectations. We are seeking a dynamic individual with automotive finance experience with a strong background in customer satisfaction.Responsibilities:
Work with Sales Manager to create and open relationships. Ensure paperwork/contracts are accurate and complete. Contact financial institutions for approvals that best fit the needs of customers. Have a positve attitude and always do what is best for the team. Make follow up phone calls and videos to keep customers informed.Requirements:
- Proven experience in Automotive Sales and Finance a must.
- Proven customer satisfaction background.
- Experience with Dealer Socket and Reynolds.
