Job Description:
KMA is looking for an Individual to manage, with hands on accounting ability, accountants and bookkeepers to perform accounting, bookkeeping, financial statement preparation and other services to our privately held small to middle-market companies.Responsibilities:
Self-manage and supervise accounting engagements to meet client expectations, budgets and financial reporting needs. Deliver detailed analysis of findings and coordinate all analytical, technical and research tasks. Train and supervise staff bookkeepers and accountants using QBO and QBD. Collaborate with Partners in the areas client financial reporting needs and various tax compliance needs. Build relationships with existing clients, including involvement in networking and business development activities.Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree with a major in accounting or related disciplines. Excellent skills in QBD and QBO as well as Excel and various practice related software. Minimum of 4 years of experience in Public Accounting environment. Proven experience in managing multiple client engagements simultaneously. Strong motivation to meet client deadlines and provide excellent client service. Strong analytical and report writing skills required. Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills. A comprehensive understanding of data analysis techniques. Creative problem solving and research skills.
