Phoenix, Arizona What you will be doing: Manage the company's accounting and tax processes, including general ledger, financial reporting, accounts payable/receivable, and tax compliance. Coordinate with external auditors and advisors on statutory audits and tax filings across multiple jurisdictions. Support preparation and review of monthly and annual financial statements in compliance with US GAAP Identify opportunities for improving efficiency in accounting processes, systems, and internal controls. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Finance, Tax, and Operations, to ensure proper reporting and compliance across global entities. Supervise and develop accounting staff, providing mentorship and fostering a culture of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.

What you must have:

5-7 years of progressive accounting and tax Experience with statutory audits and tax filings Working knowledge of US GAAP Experience managing and training an accounting team Experience with ERP systems (NetSuite ideally) and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel. Strong attention to detail with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Effective communicator with strong interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
