Accounting Manager We are looking for an Accounting Manager with 7+ years of accounting and general ledger experience. Candidate should be proficient with technology and have experience with managing staff, clients and projects. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

Manage and provide leadership for accounting and strategic business growth projects Analyze client financial business situations and provide recommendations for continued growth and success. THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL POSSESS

Client-centric and entrepreneurial mindset 7+ years of accounting experience Experienced and effective at managing people Public accounting experience required CPA required with current license in Illinois Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax Ability to solve problems Solid analytical and critical thinking skills with ability to make decisions Proficient computer skills are essential - working knowledge of MS Word, Excel, accounting, and tax software is required Team player with ability to communicate well with clients and associates
