We serve clients across English, Spanish, and Punjabi-speaking markets — helping families and entrepreneurs build credit profiles that get them approved for the things they want in life: a home, a car, a business, or financial freedom. We're a relationship-driven firm built on one operating standard: every client deserves to feel like the only client. The Role We're hiring a bilingual (English/Spanish) Case Manager to own the client relationship for our premium service tier from Day 1 through graduation. This is not a customer service or call-center role. You'll be the strategic point of contact our clients trust with their credit journey, their financial goals, and their money story. You'll manage a portfolio of active clients, run scheduled touchpoint calls, record personalized video updates, coach clients through credit building, and walk them through milestone moments — from their first secured card to their first home loan. What You'll Do Own the client lifecycle from Day 3 onboarding through graduation (12-24 months per client) Run structured touchpoint calls: Record personalized video updates for clients Coach clients on the "build track" Handle high-friction conversations with clarity and care (cancellations, downsells, "nothing has been deleted yet" moments) Document every interaction in our CRM following internal documentation standards Switch fluently between English and Spanish calls throughout the day, with clean English documentation regardless of call language Hit retention, satisfaction, and graduation metrics on your portfolio Who You Are Fully bilingual — fluent spoken and written English AND Spanish (this is non-negotiable; you'll be on calls in both languages daily) 2+ years in a client-facing role: customer success, account management, case management, mortgage, insurance, financial services, or similar Comfortable on the phone (this is a phone-first role — we are a high-touch firm, not a chat-and-email shop) Comfortable on video (you'll record video updates for clients regularly) Organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined with documentation Direct, warm, and credible — clients should trust you within five minutes Knowledge of credit, credit reports, FICO factors, or the dispute process is a major plus (we will train, but baseline financial literacy is required) Comfortable with CRM platforms What We Offer $20-$24/hr based on experience (full-time, 40 hrs/week, in-office) Paid time off Direct training in our case management methodology Career growth path A team that takes the work seriously and the clients even more seriously
